    Thought provoking!

    This short, simply writen book really opened my eyes. I enjoyed the simple message that it contained and plan on trying to live more in the here and now.

    Holy Smokes

    I've been teaching and coaching for over a year and a half and this is powerful! Great references and even better material. Its quick too!! This book helps you wake your consciousness.
