    A DIET BOOK THAT YOU CAN ACTUALLY FOLLOW !!!

    This book is practical.it makes sense,and you don't "starve" while following the diet,or "kill"yourself following the exercises ! and MOST IMPORTANT , IT REALLY WORKS !!!

    Good for a beginner

    If you are new to eating healthy, exercising and trying to lose a lot of weight, this book may be for you. The program is very basic and I don't doubt that it works. However, you can find all the same information published elsewhere and on the internet. If you are already lean and just struggling to find you abs, you won't find anything in here that you don't already know. In my opinion, this book does two things: provides motivation and gives you some new recipes. If you buy it expecting only that, you won't be disappointed.

    Great Book!

    I am a Men's Health Subscriber so I have seen this book advertised every month. I decided to buy it because it seemed to make sense. Straight forward and to the point.
