    Author's true colors

While Mr. Woodall is a fine writer of Christian books, I caution you regarding him personally. He lured my son (14 yrs. old, who is also a fantastic writer) into publishing his first book under the pretense of being a large publishing house that he calls "Jeremiah Press." In reality it is just Mr. Woodall.

We signed a binding contract that Mr. Woodall agreed to pay my son a specific amount for each book sold. We went through many many hours of editing, promotion, etc. My son's self esteem was on cloud 9 as his lifelong dreams were being fulfilled.

The book was indeed printed and sold, however we have yet to see a penny. I have had many discussions with Mr. Woodall over the phone (when I found numbers he had not yet disconnected) and email. When I do track him down (because he has no real address or phone numbers that work) he gives us story after story as to why he just can't afford to pay my son what is due him, eventhough Mr. Woodall has already been paid by the printer each time a book was sold. He took my son's book out of print the first time I questioned the money, and it has now been going on since summer of '09.

Read his books if you like, just DO NOT go to him for any advice on Christian living, morals, ethics, and certainly not in any sort of business deal. He will use you for what he can gain and disappear.
