    Never a good way to learn a language ....

    too complex to really learn using a CD program. So waste of money!

    Easy German

    Berlitz provides an enjoyable way of learning German. I use it in the car. They speak - you speak. (Maybe I shouldn't). However this deprives me of seeing it written out. I've had German before in H.S. so I understand what they are saying. My wife does not always recognize the verbal alone. I also like that they use different speakers with different inflections. You could make yourself understood with this book.
