    great ideas for responses

Having so many questions allowed me to go through, find ones that I thought would be asked and surprise myself with questions that I knew could be asked but had not thought of. Great prep tool

Ideal book for interview prep work

The key is to ready a somewhat flexible answers so that you will be able to 'think on the fly' and impress your interviewer with your thoughtfulness, perceptiveness, and preparedness. In other words, familiarize yourself with the 201 Most Frequently Asked Interview Questions but realize that many of these questions are similar and that many answers are interchangeable. As a job market author, I have spoken with a half dozen successful interviewees about this book; they have recommended Best Answers, and I would recommend it too.
