    highly recommended

    Good book. As interviewer have used it to see if applicants can come up with their own responses or just the canned ones .

    great ideas for responses

    Having so many questions allowed me to go through, find ones that I thought would be asked and surprise myself with questions that I knew could be asked but had not thought of. Great prep tool

    Ideal book for interview prep work

    The key is to ready a somewhat flexible answers so that you will be able to 'think on the fly' and impress your interviewer with your thoughtfulness, perceptiveness, and preparedness. In other words, familiarize yourself with the 201 Most Frequently Asked Interview Questions but realize that many of these questions are similar and that many answers are interchangeable. As a job market author, I have spoken with a half dozen successful interviewees about this book; they have recommended Best Answers, and I would recommend it too.

    Great book, Great Results

    If you really read this book, and take the advice given, you will ace your next job interview, no doubt about it! I know I did!
