I Also Recommend:
Most photographic books are dedicated to technical excellence, either by example or by telling how.
This book demonstrates in an almost text-free manner that the most important tools in photography are the eye and brain of the photographer.
Many images might be better, or at least just as good, with more technical quality, but many images actually benefit from technical limitations.
Use this book as inspiration to work on how well you can photograph while eschewing image quality, perhaps paired with a book on photographic seeing/visualizing/composition.
Or simply use it as inspiration to enjoy photography with whatever camera is handy - poorer or better.
For me, it is a keeper I will browse through again and again.
