This is a valuable cookbook for people who really like to cook or make very tasty food. It is helpful because it has recipes for sauces and mixtures that can be used in many different recipes. I wanted this cookbook because I have several others authored by Beatrice Ojakangas and also because she is a college classmate of mine.
