    Best Family Adventures: San Luis Obispo County

    I've had Best Family Adventures for 6 months now and have utilized it on all levels for a variety of good, clean, educational, wholesome, physical FUN! Last week it was Chapter 20 Pt. Sal for good exercise with fantastic views, next week I will be doing things with my almost 2 year old granddaughter that are in the BOOK!

    Best Family Adventures: San Luis Obispo County

    I've had Best Family Adventures for 6 months now and am using it on multiple levels, for myself - outdoor physical fitness along trails, teen ager group activites such as climbing gyms, educational ops such as tidepools, and with my almost 2 year old granddaughter - Last week BFA Chap 20 - Pt Sal hike with fantastic views, this week Chap 20 Big Sur - WooHoo!, and next week will be doing Montano de Oro with my granddaughter!

    Cool, loaded with info, too much good stuff to highlight!

    I have to say again how cool the book is. I've had a chance to start really reading it, I was going to start highlighting places I want to see most but then almost all of the book would be bright green! Even my friends couldn't believe some of the things this area has to offer. I can't wait to need a gift for a mom friend I think this would be perfect.

    Great SLO County resource

    I had the opportunity to read an early release of this book and was pleasantly surprised. As a long-time county resident, I thought we'd explored it all but this book offered plenty of new fodder for our family outtings. I thought it was going to be all about life here with small children, but there's plenty in here for people (well, adventurous people) of all ages: museums, historical sites, trails. The maps were helpful (I always get Cayucos and Cambria mixed up - no more!) and the photos throughout were beautiful.

    GREAT BOOK

    This is an invaluable resource for all parents living in and around SLO County.Even great for someone just visiting.I wouldn't change a thing about it.
