Lilywolf

The light gray tabby shecat pads out of camp and searches around the exit for clues as to where Goldenstar has gone. She finds his faint scent behind his tree and she growls, "Sneaking out of camp are we furball? What on earth are you up to?" Lilywolf follows the faint trail until she is behind the elder's den. Her eyes widen in shock as another scent joins Goldenstar's. "Redspirit!" She snarls, surveying the scene before her. Blood droplets and scattered paw prints are obvious proof of a fight and worry churns in the pit of her stomach. Perhaps Goldenstar wasn't simply running off. The deputy sets off at an urgent trot, heading the direction that Goldenstar and Redspirit had gone. ~ Lilywolf (it won't let me post if I include my heart! :'( )

Lilywolf to Horseclan - The Elders' Den

Next to the apprentice's den, a large burrow can be spotted. This is the remains of an abandoned badger den. Inside, the den insulates any cat from the outside elements and it has been dug at an angle to keep out rain. Sunlight still manages to srream through the entrance and the floor has been completely lined with moss. Outside a flat stone lies nearby, a perfect place to warm old bones. Here is an ideal den for the elders of Horseclan to spend their well earned days of peace. Passing on their wisdom and stories from the past, they are an equally important part of the clan. Without them, young cats may not be experienced enough to solve problems without great pain. Therefore elders are to be treated with great respect, even if your job is to check them for ticks. ~ The Elders' Den, Lilywolf
