    THIS IS THE BEST!

It has recipes I remember enjoying as a kid or seeing on TV. They are easy to read, easy to buy for and simple to prepare. And if you have a can of something in the house and you don't know what you can use it for, this book will help you out.

    Made a great gift

This book is exactly what it is advertised as - a collection of those recipes from labels, etc., that you maybe saved at one point but have probably lost or discarded over the years. Lots of fun to look through - you will remember so many! Keep in mind this was originally published a good 30 years ago or so, so there is not a lot of microwaving happening... and there are some products that are not even around anymore. Still, substitutions can be made, and the nostalgia alone made it not only a great bargain, but a wonderful gift.

    Great Cookbook

I don't normally use cookbooks. I end up buying them, trying a few recipes and they are either too time consuming or something my family won't eat. But I caught this one on sale so I thought I would give it a try. So far we have enjoyed every recipe that I have tried out of this cookbook! They have been easy recipes to follow, short prep time with items that are easy to find or that you already have in your pantry!

    Great Book, Great price!

This book is fun, knowledgeable, and for those who are nostalgic for so many recipes that are forgotten or lost, this book is great. It would make a great gift, and is an easy read. We've enjoyed the recipes thus far, and it brings back some great memories. Not much in illustrations, but it's not necessary. None of the recipes are complex.

this book is becoming one of my favorite recipe books

I have alot of recipe books blessed on me by my grandmother and mother. I bought this book years ago. The recipes are easy to follow and good. My husband hasn't complained at any of the recipes I have made out of this book.
