    A reviewer

That's when my son was competing in USTA tournaments. He had the skills, but not the discipline of mind he needed to win the close matches. This book is all about that, and about loving the game for its own sake. It surely would have helped him -- and his mother -- a whole lot. If you have a son or daughter who plays competitive tennis and maybe isn't winning enough or enjoying the game enough, or if you're a player yourself, it seems to me this easy-to-read and incisive book could make a difference.
