    excellent book on weight management for those who want evidence based facts.

    Dr. Sharma and Freedhoff well recognized obesity experts get into the technical reasons for obesity. This is scientifically based on a clinical treatment based approach. This book examines some of the reasons weight loss is impossible for most. This the first real evidence based book on weight management I have seen on the market. An excellent read for the family physician and the more technically minded lay reader.
