If you read magazines, this is pretty much a rehash of all of the self-help articles over the years.

I would have taken this book more seriously if someone had taken the time to proof read it for spelling and typos. The mistakes are glaring. It sends the message that whomever wrote, and published it didn't take their project seriously enough to produce quality copy. -- professional editor and certified grammar wench! Otherwise, thoughtful and encouraging.

This book is full of tips, about a paragraph or two each, that give helpful suggestions to increase overall well being. However, a lot of it is common sense and these are only brief suggestions, no steps to follow or plans of action. Overall, a quick, breezy read!

Sample is not enough to determine satisfaction sounds interesting though.
