I think that this book is an awesome thing to have for kids of all ages although the recomended ages are 8-12 years old. I would also recomend this book to adults who like to have fun with their food and experience new things for their taste buds! When I first got this book I was amazed at how many different foods there were all the way from apitizers to desserts, as my Final Thought I would recomend this to anyone eho likes to cook....................
