    Fantastic Resource

    Great book for beginner canners. Contains easy to understand recipes presented in a very user friendly manner. I have done several of the recipes and they have all come out exactly as described in the book.

    Highly recommended

    If the reader has never or is an beginner preserver this is the book to read. Great information on buying equipment , understand low acid and high acid foods , this is the book for you. Great recipes to try out and work with.

    They sent the wrong book but immediately replied to my email and got the right book sent out to me right away. They were great to deal with and would use again.
