Great book for beginner canners. Contains easy to understand recipes presented in a very user friendly manner. I have done several of the recipes and they have all come out exactly as described in the book.

If the reader has never or is an beginner preserver this is the book to read. Great information on buying equipment , understand low acid and high acid foods , this is the book for you. Great recipes to try out and work with.
