Useful text, but lacking the digital resources

This is the 2011 NOOK Book adaptation of the 2008 paper text. I found the book useful, but was very disappointed that the electronic examples and resources available with the paper book were not included with the NOOK Book version. This was even more disappointing given that the NOOK Book was more expensive than the paper version.
