The book gives you very detailed directions on how to make almost any staple, i.e broth,sour creams etc. It not only tastes better but eliminates all of the chemical and salts used today to process food. The taste is increadible and way easy to do. You would not belive how easy it is to make your own stuff. Getting healthy this year? start here!Was this review helpful?
