    An R&B Tour De Force

Be Ready for a Soulful stroll when you listen to this CD. Experiencing the voice of Patti Sterling is to feel the warmth of Lady Day, the dynamic of Etta James and the pure southern soul of Patsy Cline. Favorite Tracks: Room At The End Of The Hall - Spooky, Love Is So Good When You're Stealing It- Duet with Rue Davis - Reminds me of Otis Redding and Carla Thomas, Seven Desires - Flavor of New Orleans, and Surrender- Sexy and Dramatic. Don't Miss This one!

Patti Sterling = The Real Deal

When I listen to Patti Sterling's new CD, her voice takes me to another place and time. One minute she sends chills up and down my back with her intensity and the next she soothes my soul. Utmost control and delivered with passion. This is a great record and everyone should have it in their CD collection, for sure.

    Great Contemporary R&B

Patti Sterling's "Bettin' On You" is a refreshing change from the generally boring offering of rock that's being passed off today as blues. The CD contains original R&B material that is definitely contemporary yet brings to mind some of the great R&B music of the 1960s. And, thankfully, it does so without relying on the tired, much over-used, power-trio sound of electric guitar, electric bass, and a drum kit. There's a full band here with some excellant musicians and singers. Check it out!

    Bettin' on You

The wind stayed in her sails long after the storm passed.

    Bettin' on You

A masterpiece, but in tiny pieces. A portrait of the artist as a white stripe on a blue background. I wept. I laughed. I jumped out of my seat and changed the channel to Rocky VIII.
