This book is wonderful, easy to use with great ideas and the ingredients and main dishes are easy to find at the grocery store. My husband and I bought this so we could start eating healthier and lose some weight. My husband lost 6 pounds in two weeks without exercise! Just eating right. I lost three pounds but something is something. Good tasting recipes. Wonderful book if you just want to eat right and be healthier. It also doesnt take all day to make the dish.

Great diet/starter cookbook! Recipes are easy and flavorful! Has a lot of two-person meals as well. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to cook great while watching the waistline!

This book has great recipes; however, i am unable to see the ingredient values (example, the 1 is left off of 1 cup or the 2 is left off of 2 teaspoons). Please fix this and allow for an update of this book. Fix this & it would be a 5 star rate. Thanks!
