Betty is a GODDESS when it comes to laundry. I had no clue what I was doing, and following this manual I've managed to keep all my clothes looking great. The techniques are simple, clear, and easy to follow. For any student going away to school, I would say this book ranks up there with Strunk & White's Elements of Style when it comes to books that all students should bring with them.
