I was very privilege to read this book months ago. I immediately fell in love with the bond that Joey and her mother share. You are captivated by the relationships with in the story. I couldn’t put the book down. A great read for all ages. Kimberly Russell is a young author that I can’t wait to read more from! A++

I started reading this book earlier today, and I just couldn't put it down.
It was so gracefull, yes the story is sad, but at the same time isn't just about loss, is about learning to live with that loss, and and trying to deal with it.

I really liked how the characters dealed with the grieving and how they rely on each other to find happiness again.

I read this book so fast! It was a touching story about loss of a parent. If you have been in that situation this book would really help you. I really liked the ending to. I wish I could buy it in stores.

This book was really worth a dollar. It exceeded my expectations, and I cried many times throughout the story. Even though it was 580 pages, I finished in a day. The story is about a young girl, Joey, learning to deal with her mothers death. I definetly recommend this book to every person who likes romance and/or growing up stories.

This is a great read; however it showsvthe book is 500 & some odd pages but if you notice the page #s as you are reading, they will jump. Example you will be on page 254 and turn the page & the page # will read 260. It's probably closer to to 300 actual pages.

I have not started this book yet but it seems really good. I can not relate to her mom dying but maybe through reading this I can begin to comprehend something that horrible.
