I had been suffering with varyious problems in my body for several years. The only answer the specialists had for me were prescription pills. Displeased with their diagnois, I searched for alternative ways to restore and heal my body. I needed to understand what was happening to my body and why certain problems were arising. This book, "Between Heaven and Earth", revealed the knowledge and understanding of the human body that I was looking for. I read the entire book in one day. I simply could not put it down. In one day I understood why I was ill, why I had pain in certain parts of my body, why my body was changing, and most importantly I learned how to correct and reverse my situation naturally. This book and all the information within, aided and guided me through a harmonious course of changes in my life that have kept me free from prescription pills for over a year. I now have a greater understanding of my body, mind, soul, and spirit. The Eastern philosophy of harmony and balance was exactly what I needed and I found it in this book. I highly recommend this book to anyone seeking real and effective change in their lifestyle.
