    I Also Recommend:

    comprehensive, sensible weight training information

    The routines and advice one reads in the muscle mags are ridiculous and will not work for the average person. I read this crap for years until I found books by Stuart McRobert and Mark Rippetoe. I made much better progress in my strength and appearance following the advice of these two authors.
