    A truly powerful book

    In his book, Brian Vaszily was able to capture an essence of brilliant reflective thought as he takes the readers into the dreams and visions portrayed by the victims of 9/11. Through his words one can feel the passion, dedication, and love the victims had for their families. He makes us all realize that everything in life matters, from the smile bestowed upon a stranger, to the well thought-out surprise for a loved one. It's easy to be pessimistic and complain about how things aren't going your way. Brian challenges the reader to look at the world differently, to search for what makes your heart race, and what or whom makes you complete. The lives of those taken in the 9/11 tragedy have touched us all and Brian's book is a wonderful memorial to them.

    A one in a Million masterpiece!

    I was a bit skeptical at first in reading this book - as Sept. 11th has affected me greatly, but am sooo happy I did! No words can explain what I felt & thought after reading 'Beyond Stone and Steel.' I have discovered a newer sense of life. A more well-rounded, appreciative outlook on all that I am given! Mr. Vaszily delves deeply into each character, allowing the reader to feel connected in some way to that person. I must admit I cried. A lot. But a very good cry! This is a remarkable book - a true favorite of mine by far!
