"This insider’s account of Mr. Goldberg’s career at CBS is filled with so many stories of repulsive elitism and prejudice on the part of his peers that it elevates Bias to must-read status. . . . His case is airtight."
—The Wall Street Journal
"The allegation of liberal bias in the media is not a new one. However, in this book the allegation is made not by a conservative but by a reporter for CBS News—an oldfashioned liberal who has seen the bias firsthand. Bernard Goldberg has written a courageous book and told a story that needed to be told."
—William J. Bennett

I find this carping to be boring, and not founded upon the truth I see on TV. I see right wing bias everywhere, am I seeing wrong. The media is largely owned by those who dictate the news and believe me they aren't liberal. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Right now I'm on the fourth audiotape of this book. This book isn't written by a paranoid conservative out to get liberals. It is written by a self proclaimed liberal who I think has been critical yet fair with the media. He even said that he's seen some examples of conservative bias and briefly scolded conservatives who want no liberal bias but think conservative bias is okay. He gives examples of liberal bias in action such as a story about the Forbes flat tax, media distortion of facts about aids, and the reports about homeless people under different presidents. Anyone who says that he gives no examples of this bias simply doesn't know what they're talking about. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
