Don Colbert in his new book, ¿The New Bible Cure for High Blood

Don Colbert in his new book, “The New Bible Cure for High Blood Pressure” published by Charisma House gives us Ancient Truths, Natural Remedies, and the Latest Findings for Your Health Today.

From the back cover:  Lower your blood pressure the natural way

Reclaim control over your spiritual, emotional and physical health and bring your blood pressure within healthy guidelines.  Incorporating the latest medical research with the timeless wisdom of The Bible, ”The New Bible Cure for High Blood Pressure” contains findings that your  own doctor never may have told you, including…

The difference between good and bad stress
Important foods that naturally lower your high blood pressure
Essential vitamins and minerals needed to keep your blood pressure within healthy limits
Steps that may save your life and prevent strokes, heart attacks and even cancer

You want to be healthy. God wants you to be healthy. Now this revised and expanded edition from The Bible Cure series is available to help you get healthy—body, mind and spirit.

It is not easy having high blood pressure.  The doctors put fear into you and then prescribe certain pills none of which deal with the core problem they just deal with the symptoms.  Dr. Colbert deals with the core problem.  Part One is titled “Understanding High Blood Pressure”.  Once we know what we are dealing with then we can tackle it with knowledge.  The next sections deal with diet, exercise, supplements, stress and out thoughts.  Yes having high blood pressure is not healthy however the good news is, with a little work, it can be brought back to normal and the need for medication can be eliminated.  If you have or if you know someone who has high blood pressure then this is the book to read and use to reclaim health.
