    Buyer Beware!!

This ebook will lock your nook up. B&N should not even sell it. I have other Bibles on my nook that operate just fine. It seemed to work fine while it was a sample but as soon as I downloaded it to my nook it would let me read 2 or 3 pages then lock up. Very frustrated......

    Don't waste your money

Really wanted to read the bible cover to cover this way. This format freezes every other page. Very frustrating.

    Highly Recommended

I am in the process of reading the NIV 90 day reading course. The Old Testament has never been so clear to me. I look forward to each daily reading. All the begats are still there so don't expect that part to be shortened.

    Very Disappointed

I had NO IDEA that Nook Book meant that it was an electronic book. Highly disappointed when after not receiving the book I thought I ordered and a week later finding out Nook meant electronic.

Am I that far behind the times.

    don't bother

It's a beautiful resource; unfortunately I can only access it when I am connected to our wireless port. Otherwise, it is frozen and useless.

    Disappointed in set-up of pages

I,m Disappointed in the set up of the pages it would be nice if you knew all the time just where you where in your reading like having the book and chapter in each page its time consuming to have to go back to the first of the contents to see just what chapter you are currently reading from. can this be changed? thank you

    I Also Recommend:

Bible with each day's reading specially marked

This Bible is the NIV version which is widely accepted by many Protestant denominations today, which is why it was chosen for this course. There is a chart of the daily readings so you could team up with someone with a different Bible or even mark the days on another Bible. However, it is much less complicated to simply use this Bible edition.

Each day's reading is marked with a starting and stopping point. It is not meant to be a study Bible as the purpose is to read it in 90 days.

It is a hardcover thinline version with large print compared to most Bibles. There ARE Bibles with larger print, but this is a good size. It is a thinline version so the Bible is normal size book about 9" x 7" x 3/4", making it easy to carry with you but sturdily bound so it will last. This edition sells for about the same price as the NIV Thinline Large Print Bible without the days marked off, and has identical text.

I highly recommend this because there is a web site that supports reading the Bible in 90 days and other resources that make this project feasible and without getting bogged down and discouraged.

Review - The Bible in 90 Days

I love this Bible. One of the things we need the most in order to get to a closer relationship with the Holy Spirit is to be grounded in the Word of God. In 90 short days, the Bible can be read through. The system really works. I took my Bible to a meeting and the lady there was so impressed with it she drove to Barnes and Noble to pick up a copy of this too for herself.
