There is a selection apiece from the orchestras of Benny Goodman, Tommy Dorsey, Jimmy Dorsey, Teddy Wilson featuring Billie Holiday, Hal McIntyre, Gene Krupa, Count Basie, Boyd Raeburn, Glenn Miller a broadcast version of "Chattanooga Choo Choo", Georgie Auld with Sarah Vaughan and for contrast Dizzy Gillespie and Paul Whiteman with Bing Crosby. Completists and serious collectors will already have most of this material.
