this is one of the best books in the field

This is a step by step easy to follow and easy to read foreclosure book that i believe every foreclosure investor should read. Unlike other books, Ted Thomas walks you through the procedures of buying foreclosed properties with actual cases and samples of documents and procedures step by step. It is like having an expert there with you. This book is EXCELLENT. I had borrowed it from the library and now i am getting one myself as a reference.

This book shows you how to find and purchase distressed properties with the Resolution Trust Corporation, Sheriff's sales, IRS deals, etc. Also covers effective use of direct mail; how to advertise to attract buyers; Actual examples of successful deals! You should read it!
