More About This Book

Overview

Bigfoot is back!

Mere hours after the Babble Creek massacre, the beasts strike again, rampaging across the American Southeast. A small group of survivors in Jackson County, North Carolina, fight to stay alive as things get worse. Bigfoot is everywhere, terrorizing the citizens of Jackson County, tearing them limb from limb and feasting on their flesh. Even the powerful US military stands in awe as the enormous beasts take their stand against them, going toe-to-toe with some of man's most lethal technology.

Just when the survivors thought it couldn't get any worse, death kicks into high gear as the dead begin to rise, hungry for the flesh of the living.

The military, tasked with restoring order and destroying the beasts, now find themselves racing to contain a virus that could mean the end of the human race. Colonel Drake and the small unit of tanks under his command are trapped inside the quarantine zone as the war between man and beast is joined by the undead.

The body count rises. Humanity is on the run. The night is filled with terror, the vicious growls of the Sasquatch and the haunting moans of the living dead.

Are you ready to join in the fight?

    Awesome!

Sasquatches and zombies in the same book? You bet! Eric S. Brown does not disappoint in the second book of the Bigfoot War Trilogy. I didn't think it was possible, but Bigfoot War 2: Dead in the Woods is even better than the first book! Lots of non-stop action and gorier gore, great story and characterization, as well as a few unexpected surprises make this second book in the Bigfoot Trilogy a must-read!

    Gore Filled Fun Part II!!!

What could possibly make the gore-filled fun of Bigfoot War better than it was??? Double the carnage and throw zombies into the woods of the South and that should do it! The II definitely stands for double the everything wonderful about the first book in this series. More blood, more guts, more Bigfoot monsters and tons more fun! No one is safe, from the lowly gas station attendant to the alpha male Sasquatch!! Everything gets thrown into the mix and it is one hell of wild ride. Bring on Bigfoot War III, Eric S Brown, and dazzle us with whatever warped twist that wonderfully, demented mind can conjure up. Hopefully by then my heart will have stopped racing!!!

Gripping tale of monstrous myths and humanity!

Eric has written another gripping tale of horror in the woods in Western North Carolina! Started reading this one this afternoon and COULD NOT put it down! Even more than the first Bigfoot War, this one grabs you by the collar and doesn't let go. I don't want to spoil anything for those of you who haven't picked it up yet, but Eric adds in his special signature dish to the mix with ZOMBIES, spreading the apocalypse. Do yourself a favor and pick up this book as soon as you can. You will be happy with your decision to! Can't wait for book number 3! :)
