Editorial Reviews

Children's Literature - Naomi Butler
The creature known as Bigfoot or Sasquatch, has been reported for centuries and continues to be reported today. The encounters are mostly in North America and Canada. This highly developed primate inhabits wilderness areas. In Asia, India and Tibet there are reports of a similar but shorter version known as Yeti or the Abominable Snowman, Other reports ape-men have come from South America and Russia. This book goes into meticulous detail about encounters and descriptions of the sightings. There's probably more information here for the serious researcher than any other place they could look to research. There are intense chapters about the first Yeti and the arrival of Bigfoot. There's even reference to smell. There are renderings of the creatures seen. There are discussions about sightings and documentations (such as footprints and pieces of bone) in the different countries. Photographs and findings are included here. A helpful Timeline is located in the back of the book as well as a glossary, endnotes, further resources, bibliography, index and a section about the author and the consulting editor. It is a well put-together book with a very attractive reinforced cover. The other titles in the series of the "Unexplained" are listed on the back. Reviewer: Naomi Butler

Introduction This book is about Bigfoot, Yeti, and other Ape-men across the world.

Description and summary of main points I like this book because it has all kind Sasquatches.
The book told me were they are located. It tells about different sightings and about some hoaxes.

Evaluation In comparison to other books I have read about Bigfoot, I like this book the best because it gave me more information on the creatures.

Conclusion Researchers are still studying to see if Bigfoot is actually real.

Your final review I am still going to read more about Bigfoot.
