I got this book as part of a gift package but I have been very pleased with everything I have made from it. The rubs and marinades are varied and a change from the usual grilling recipes. The chipotle tenderloin has been a big hit with the family.

I ordered this book when the New Grilling Cookbook was not available. What a disappointment: many recipes leading to overload, poor printing, no pictures, and some basics are left out. One positive was recipes incude directions for both charcoal and gas grills. Do not recommend.
