A lot of promise!
I just recieved this book, and though I haven't started it fully yet, this actually LOOKS doable! No gyms, no fancy equipment- though you do have to start with some equipment, it's very basic- hand dumbells, exercise balls and tension bands- something everyone can afford- even on a tight budget, like me.
The exercises look challenging, but not daunting. Even the one I thought was hardest didn't seem impossible once I tried it- though I could only hold the position for a few seconds! Guess I need to work those particular muscles a lot more!
Clear instructions about how you should hold yourself and pictures of each position were a great help. They even had a diet plan that was right up my alley- I won't have to eat just salad for the rest of my life.
It's a very balanced program of eating and exercising, and I look forward to doing this as part of my normal day- though I would suggest you have a buddy or group if you aren't self-motivated.
