If you want to cook something different, but don't want to spent too much time or money, this is the book for you. I bought this book, because I saw the author on a show and liked how and what he cooked. I was surprised on how easy his recipes are and they taste absolutely delicious. I recommend this book to people that like to do new things in the kitchen and want to find different tastes. I love this book!!!
