I own the 1st edition of the paperback version of this book and it was littered with errors. They even addressed the 1st edition's errors in the introduction of the 2nd edition, which was awesome. So far, I have yet to run across any errors. The content of the book is exactly what I was looking for - great foundation, but not too detailed.
