Bought this book for my daughter who recently moved to Wisconsin.  Very well organized (I have the Illinois version).  She's already identified numerous birds near her home!

I bought this for my Mom who loves to feed the birds and learn about all the different species we have here in Wisconsin. I received this book years ago and really enjoy using it as a reference - and now she does too!!

Birds of Wisconsin is an excellent book for both the beginning birder and more seasoned birders. The sections are color coded so it provides a user friendly format, especially if the color of the bird is all you are sure of. I have done birding for many years and am always eager to introduce others to this great 'sport.' This book fills the bill.
