Want to make homemade Biscotti? This book has it all! Each recipe I've prepared has been delicious...my family absolutely raves about MY Biscotti, and we each have our favorites!!! I highly recommend this book to everyone who wants to try, easily prepare and enjoy Biscotti.

As a single bachelor from an Italian heritage, I needed a simple to follow book that gave me multiple varities of biscotti rivaling old world bakers. I was able to produce several dozen cookies of 6 different types for my Aunt and Uncles 50th anniversary. My Uncle was moved to tears as he assumed I got the recipes from my mom, his deceased sister. If you want an easy solution to coffee dunkers, this book is the one.

A very easy to use book, for those that want to open the book and start the creation process for biscotti, right away. The format was easy to jump around and find what you need quickly. There were important notes to keep in mind when prepping, and baking biscotti. It takes a good recipe and builds on the creation of new flavors, with very good results. This is a very nice book to have for your library, and to give as a gift.

These recipes are a delight to follow - and I am not a baker. I brought several types into work: biscotti di Prat;  Biscotti alle Mandorle; and Moorish Apricot Delight. Rave reviews... and a request for the recipes. Get this book.

This is a great little Biscotti cookbook...Wasn't aware to dip Biscotti in wine, as is described in first few pages of Biscotti's history. There are ample recipes to choose from. I absolutely love this book and would recommend it to anyone wanting to make their own Biscotti which is cheaper than buying at a grocery store and just as good.
