Meet the Author

Nat lives in Maine with his wife Andi, two of their three daughters and a one eyed cat. All of them serve the true owner of their house, Albert the Shih Tzu.

Pixies are quite real. While this account is a work of fiction, and all the normal disclaimers are carefully included I would advise you not to believe for one moment that this applies to Pixies. Such a cavalier attitude can be hazardous. (I just thought I would give you fair warning).
The Pixies depicted in this book have spent the last several months looking over my shoulder and nagging me to write faster. Only the periodic release of a few sample paragraphs has spared my house from being raided, painted with polka dots, or rearranged upside down.
They have assured me that if I continue to write this series, I and my family will remain safe. Please buy this book and encourage your friends to also do so. I have children and pets. The Pixies mean what they say and, quite honestly, scare the crap out of me.

    Fun and Full of Adventure

The book Bishop and the Pixies Book Two “Revenge for Louise” is full of adventure, military maneuvers, mischievous pixies, mystical creatures of all kinds and a sweet romance. The humor is the kind that you will make you laugh out loud and often. Bishop is a unique person and the people and creatures that surround him are so entertaining that you want to spend the time to get to know them more.
I felt great reading this book. It lifted my spirits and made me laugh so many times. I loved the pixies and the soldiers in Bishops Army. All of them. If you want to have a fun time reading. Pick this book up. I promise you will have a laugh and enjoy the time spent with Bishop and the Pixies. The adventure that they embark upon is exciting and fulfilling and picks up where the first book left off. There are tense moments where the action gets going, military maneuvers are planned and executed. When pixies are involved anything can happen.

This book is family friendly. I highly recommend that you purchase the box set so that you have both books.

    Fascinating, funny, and enthralling

From a pixie network, explosives, simon says, a gun toting ape , redirecting government satellites, to changing the world as we know it this book has it all. The pixies are back and there are more of them! They are irreverent, mischievous, and help save our world by helping us realize balance. We meet Simon the Simian, and you will never look at apes or Simon says the same way again!

    This is a great book!

I loved this book! From the antics of the Pixies to some great action, this book will keep you entertained from start to finish. Anyone that loves paranormal, witches, vamps and the like will enjoy this. I'm really sad that this finishes Bish and Louises' storylines, but as long as there are Pixies some kind of trouble will occur!

    Wonderful!

A fantastic book written around rich characters. Nathanial Parkinson tells a great story about a bunch of tiny mischief makers protecting the powerful supernatural creatures of the world while sprinkling in all kinds of obscure history. Hold on and get ready for one heck of a ride with surprises and mayhem around every corner.

    more from this reviewer

    Good

I like that there is more of Mr. S in this book. It is unfortunate that you don't get to see much of Sinjin's personality. I do enjoy the characters that Bishop rounds up to help in the war. They all have quirks and they are so funny together. Especially when alcohol is involved :)

Bishop and his crew continue to excite and enchant us in Book 2: Revenge for Louise

Having discovered the fate of the world is now resting in their hands – the crew flies to Gibraltar to prepare to launch their operation in the Libyan Desert.

While prepping for their mission in a hidden cave deep in the Rock of Gibraltar, Bishop sends the crew and pixies out for a well-deserved night on the town – he was lucky enough to have the foresight to hire out the bar for the evening! On the quieter side - Bishop prepares an incredible day of pampering and luxury for his beloved Louise – followed by a splendid dinner and .. well, sorry – I’m not going to spoil such a well written moment for you! In an evil twist – the electronic noise is what brings the demon to our world! I am still trying to decide what exactly the world would do without internet and chaos that would ensue – luckily our tech-witch did save some things to keep the world from trying to self-destruct! But – Go read a newspaper!!!

If you are wondering why I gave this book 4 stars (4.5 is more accurate!) – I love the laugh out loud antics of the Pixies – and wished this book had more of it!
