Meet the Author

Sir Charles Grant Robertson (1869-1948) was a British historian and, under the pseudonym of Wymond Carey, novelist. He was known for being particularly long-winded and, despite some racy works, a rather remote person. His works include Religion and the Totalitarian State (1937) and Bolingbroke (1947).  He was knighted in 1928.
