Black Badge Season Two
The serial killer known as the Sandpoint Slasher is dead, but the grim investigation that brought him down has left those involved shattered. Six months later, their lives remain shrouded in darkness, leaving them drowning in hatred and
anger. Lance Parker continues doing what he claims is his official duty as a Black Badge, killing corrupt cops, while Detective Devin Lamonte has taken a leave of absence so she can track down Lance and bring him to justice.

Devin remains convinced that Lance is a liar, a stance that looks to be confirmed by her politically connected brother Murray who’s found no record that the Black Badge organization even exists. She’s not the only person after Lance, as one of the world’s best assassins will stop at nothing to see him dead. The assassin leaves no loose ends, meaning Devin and her family are now targets too. The only way to survive is to stick together, no matter how badly Devin wishes to be done with Lance once and for all.

Lance struggles to prove the legitimacy of the Black Badges, but a madman known as the American Terrorist has scared many powerful politicians, and the men who can verify Lance’s story are now nowhere to be found. Lance’s past is an ever present darkness, one that threatens to strangle the last bit of goodness that remains in him. With Devin and Token by his side, he’ll have to face down the American Terrorist and the world class assassin on his tail. As they try to be the good guys for once, the twisted and questionable deeds that brought them together refuse to be forgotten. Too many people lost their lives in the investigation of the Sandpoint Slasher, and however noble it may be, their pursuit of the American Terrorist isn’t without a trail of bodies all its own.
