    The plot gets even better...

Wow, when you think the author couldn't throw in anymore surprises in this manga she does it yet again in this 3rd volume. One thing I forgot to mention in my 2 other reviews (vol 1 and vol 2) is that the senka maiden and her demon lover have not consummated their relationship which is a main requirement to ensure the clan leader's position and his clan's prosperity. It is because of this twist that the senka maiden (the heroine aka Misao Harada) is hesitant to go "all the way" with her demon lover (aka Kyo Usui, clan leader of the tengu). Doesn't love factor into all of this?? To top it all off, the different leaders of the demon clans are after the senka maiden for the same thing (in this volume the head of the kitsune clan is making sure he gets her)! What's a girl to do?? This is the new twist in the ever burgeoning (I said burgeoning in my vol 2 review so of course it should be described as such in this volume) romance of the senka maiden and her demon lover and I am glad the author does this because it should show how their relationship should develop under these trying circumstances.
I still reiterate that this manga is for readers aged 18+ and don't think it's drama all the way because this author interspersed comedy here and there in several panels.

    That cover

That cover. Oh yeah they are so in love aren't they? Anyway, this was just who will she choose? Does she love him and all that? And the guy is not making this easier is he? He's just a bit possessive and creepy. He makes Edward Cullen look like a gentlemen. A creepy stalker sure, but a gentlemen none the less. And we're just on the third volume for crying out loud. So why can't I stop reading?
