    Vivid pictures painted in Black Candle

    'Black Candle' is full of vivid and intense poems about the lives of women in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. I found the poetry to be eye-opening and heartbreaking as they display these womens' conditions under the tyrannical hold of their countries and society.
