    Gems of Our Past.

    To learn more about the history of baseball, this is a book worth exploring. Valuable information is provided along with the beauty of the sport. You will learn some great information about the past players and their struggle to be apart of a sport they enjoyed and wanted to be involved with. If this book interests you, another book to consider is, Voices from the Great Black Baseball Leagues also by Mr. Holway. A wealth of information, that you may not have been aware of, is given to the reader in these books. This is educational reading worth the investment.
