Compelling data for ALL to read, reflect and act upon...

Kimbrough's research and analysis of information combined with his own experiential growth through his young life makes this quite a impactful read. Beautifully written, he challenges the reader to grasp from whence we (as a race) came where we currently are and how we can possibly arise from the shambles of looming mediocrity--specific to the NPHC AND other organizations that members of our race join. Read, reflect and get incensed! Then re-read and take action.

Kimbrough Score with Black Greeks 101

This is a work for anyone who works with students on college campuses in the U.S.A. That includes parents, friends, deans, siblings. Walter's magnificent portrayal of the evolution of fraternities and sororities that were developed by blacks is solidly based on his research. Michael Gordon Former Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Indiana University First Executive Director of National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC)

It is astonishing to imagine the amount of research that this author did in compiling this fine work. If you are interested in the history of the Black Greek fraternal and sorority system this is a book that should definetly be on yur 'to read' list. It's not the easiest read in the world but it contains facts and information that will enlighten and educate you.
