    Best book ever!

I'd honestly have to say that this book is the best book I have ever read in my life. And thats saying alot, because I read a lot. Every chance I get. This book was given to me by my sister when I was 16. I started it the day I got it, and finished it late that night, all in one sitting. Yeah, it's that good. It's got it all: adventure, suspense, romance... everything. I've read some really good books since I first got this book of course, but none of them ever seem to quite live up to this one. I recommend 100%. Its just too bad this book doesn't get the attention it deserves. It could go so far.

By the way, I'm a regular 20 year old male. I like sports, hang out with friends, play video games, watch movies, attend college... stuff like that. Basically, I'm just trying to make a point that ANYBODY can like this book (even though, I have to admit, I kinda like having my own favorite book that nobody else knows about). Other books I highly recommend: The Robe by Douglas, Blackcocks Feather by Maurice Walsh, Captain Blood by Sabatini, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, The Little Minister by J.M. Barry, and Beau Geste and Beau Sabreur by P.C. Wren. So if you like any of these books, you'll like this book, and vice versa.

    The Best Un-Known Book Ever

This book was originally written in the 1940's (I accidentally stole a friend's copy when I moved), so it seems like no one knows about it. You can't get it anywhere, and even on here, it's expensive and there's no cover picture. That said, it's totally worth it! I was surprised at how into this book I was. It's amazing! You laugh, you cry (especially at the end! [in happiness]), sometimes you want to kill the author, and sometimes you want to marry him. I highly recommend this book to anyone, especially if you don't know much about that time period (it's very informative).

    Definitely Outstanding!

"The Black Rose" is one of the best books I have ever read. As soon as I was finished I had a friend, and then my mother, read it. They both loved it! I highly recommend reading this.

    The Black Rose

The Balck Rose is an intriguing book on China in the Middle Ages. The main character,Thomas, is an Englishman on a journey to the Far East, and on the way saves a runaway half-Enlgish princess from the city of Antioch

    Mind blowing!

I read the Black Rose when I was eleven years old. It took me a week to read and when I was finished, I was astounded. Though, of course, I didn't fully understand such an advanced book, I loved every word of it and kept it close to my heart. For the next three years I tried to hunt this book down so that I could have a copy for my own. Finally I was able to buy one from an old book collector in New York. I keep the book by my bedside and consider it to be a piece of my heart. Even now, it remains my favorite book. Thomas knew what he was doing when he wrote this and I recomend it to all who enjoy a good book.

The best book I have ever read.

It was the greatest book that I've ever read. It's filled with history, adventure, and romance that makes it an amazing book through and through. I even named my new labrador puppy after the main character because I adored Walter so much!
