The Black and Flame Meet Again

This is the story everyone's been waiting for since The Black Stallion's Mystery and The Black Stallion and Flame! Finally, the Black and Flame meet head to head on the racetrack, equal kings on equal ground! Steve is needs to race Flame again to purchase Azul Island but wants to pit Flame against the Black to see who has tbe better horse. Fantastically written so that by then end of the final race, you'll be exhilerated and exhausted too!

I grew up on these books and my daughter is the same. For those of you that have no idea what it is like in the "real world" where you actually work to where your hands bleed and have idiots making comments about books they have obviously never read, the only thing I can say is that I am sorry for you. I am sorry that you are inept and have no capabilities in your life than to make utter nonsense comments about things you obviously don't understand. It is people like you that have helped mess up our moral beliefs and have made it so much harder for the next generation. Give yourselves a pat on the back for making this world harder to live and survive in!!!!

    A Town on the Prarie

On a smooth expanse of open ground ahead, hundreds of holes have been dug. The creatures responsible for this are scattered across their town, standing alert on their hind legs or foraging for food. They make high pitched barks and often flick their black tails up like flags. Upon closer inspection, these honey colored creatures turn out to be prarie dogs. The communities of these rodents are quite commen on the prarie and they have a very effective system to prevent them from becoming easy prey. Posted throughout the town are sentuaries, who keep a close watch on both land and sky. Once danger is spotted, the sentuaries give off alarm barks and everyone scurries back inside their holes to safety. But sometimes in the chaos of fleeing bodies, a predator can still nab a piece of prey or two...
