    Good read, but.....

    This was a fun "scary" story and full of twists and turns. The ending was unexpected. It's been a long time since I read a book that surprised me at the end. I gave it 4 stars because of the errors and editing. Most of the time I can overlook them but there were a lot! It was very confusing at times with the change in tense and missing words. Overall I really liked this book and will look for more by this author.

    Great Book!

    A delightful read. Suspense will keep you reading. The two main characters are older sisters, who love to mushroom hunt. They find themselves on a hunt for their lives and others as they enter the Black Woods.

    Nice idea, but poorly executed. This book had an interesting premise and nice twist at the end, but it severely lacked editing. Poor grammar, forced conversations, and spelling errors really detracted from the plot. The writer tried using the words "The Black Woods" throughout the story as a way to try build suspense, which did nothing of the sort. I felt it wasn't worth the space on my nook. I'm very glad it was free, that way I only wasted time, not money.
