Meet the Author

David T. Laggini, graduate of Farleigh Dickinson University, entered into the corporate world and eventually made his way into real estate. With a background in martial arts, he quickly realized the philosophies he learned were critical to success in business. This book ties in his training with the subtle techniques he is able to incorporate into his everyday life and business. David T. Laggini is looking forward to passing this knowledge onto the greater community.

David is a subject matter expert and holds real estate seminars for many banks in the area. President of the Raritan Lions club, Trustee of the Fraternal organization of Eagles in Bridgewater and has been on the Board of Directors for the FSO Family Support Organization, kids with emotional and behavioral problems. Also David has been on several Boards of Condo Associations at the Jersey shore and is an instructor who has studied Ishinru and Philippino stick fighting.
